"Behind every child who believes in themselves, there is an adult who believed in them first"
Amidst challenging times, many parents find themselves unable to support their children's foreign language studies.
In response, Equal Society has teamed up with foreign language educational centers in Lefkada and Corfu to introduce the groundbreaking "Young Scholars" initiative. This program aims to level the playing field by providing equal educational opportunities in foreign languages to all.
To date, we have proudly awarded over 300 scholarships to young learners from economically disadvantaged families, and our commitment continues unabated.
With a scholarship in foreign languages, our "Young Scholars" and their families can look ahead with renewed optimism. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the collaborating foreign language learning centers for helping turn this vision into reality.
WHO IT CONCERNS
Beneficiaries of the program include low-income families, children of unemployed parents, large families, and other vulnerable groups in Lefkada and Corfu. Students must not be enrolled in any private foreign language learning center to be eligible for the scholarships.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
To apply for a scholarship, families must provide documents certifying their financial and social circumstances, including parent's ID, family status certificate, tax clearance certificate, and other relevant documents.
