
Job Opening: Project Manager
The main duty of the Project Manager position involves the responsibility for the design and the implementation of national and EU funded projects and programmes (such as Erasmus+, CERV, EEA Grants, etc). He/She coordinates internal and external teams, ensuring smooth running of activities, quality of outputs and the representation of the organization at local and international levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of projects.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks, deliverables and reporting.
- Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences related to project activities in Greece and abroad.
- Produce project reports and deliverables.
- Foster networking and collaboration activities with other stakeholders.
- Identify open calls and funding opportunities.
- Develop and draft project concept notes and proposals for new funding opportunities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Postgraduate degree in Management/Humanities and Social Sciences or one of Equal Society’s areas of activities.
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in the implementation of national and EU funded projects and programmes (Erasmus+, EEA Grants, CERV, etc).
- Experience in drafting applications for funding.
- Experience in report/deliverable writing.
- Excellent time management skills, able to meet tight timetables and deadlines and deliver reports of high quality.
- Excellent Greek and English (both verbal and written).
